Event Date: 17th September 2013

Event Times: 17:00—18:30

Event Location: The Hubworking Centre, 9-11 Grosvenor Gardens, London, SW1W 0BD (nearest tube station: Victoria)

  • Are you a good manager but you’d like to be a great one?
  • Do you find managing younger team members difficult?
  • Do you struggle to properly engage and motivate quarter-life (18-35 year olds) team members?
  • Are you losing young talent because you can’t seem to understand their needs?

By attending this workshop, managers will gain specialist knowledge of what quarter-lifers (18-35 year olds) need from them, plus solutions and tools to manage, develop and retain their quarter-life workforce more effectively.

Alice Stapleton is a Career/Life Coach who has been coaching quarter-lifers on their career issues for approximately 8 years. Having previously conducted qualitative research on Generation Y and the quarter-life crisis, and focusing her career coaching work on individuals in this age range, Alice holds an expert level of knowledge and awareness of what these employees want and need from their manager and the organisation they work for.

The content of this workshop aims to share Alice’s extensive knowledge, providing you with the valued information you require to manage, motivate and meet the unique needs of the quarter-lifers you are responsible for. Only by understanding these needs can you begin to truly utilise, develop and retain the distinctive talents of your younger team members.
