Alice's Journey to Becoming A Coach Supervisor

Subscribe

Recently, I was interviewed by the company I trained with to become a Supervisor for other Career Coaches.

In this conversation, I share my journey from Criminology and Probation work, to becoming a skilled Career Change Coach, and, two years ago, a qualified Coach Supervisor.

With nearly 15 years in the coaching profession, I bring a unique blend of experience, compassion, and curiosity to my supervision practice. Starting my career as a Probation Officer, I later transitioned into coaching after recognising the power of supporting individuals to achieve change and growth - skills that translated seamlessly into my new career path.
