Self Discipline

Self discipline relates to our ability to take accountability for and implement the goals we set ourselves. It encompasses topics such as self motivation and overcoming procrastination, both required in order to get done what we set out to achieve.

Last week, I attended a talk on self-discipline. Its a big issue as it’s hard to embed new habits and routines when our old ones are so ingrained. Here I share the five elements of self-discipline that we have to work on if we are to be motivated, productive and achieve the goals we set ourselves.

I find Alice engaging and she inspired confidence in me from the start.
