Self Esteem

Self esteem is the level to which we believe ourselves to be worthy and of value. It refers to our ability to accept our strengths and weaknesses, and love ourselves all the same. Self compassion and acceptance are often referred to as being the key to strong and stable self-esteem, meaning we rely less on the opinions and praise of others to feel valuable in life.
