Alice joins the expert panel at this event run by the Business in the Community 'Age at Work' campaign. When it comes to the different generations at work, do you need different management techniques for millennials? How do you respond as Baby Boomers start to redefine retirement?

This event is an opportunity to hear from thought leaders in the field, and take part in facilitated discussions with companies who have started to lead the way.

Hosted by the Royal Air Force, this event aims to help you learn how to meet the challenges of an intergenerational workforce.
