Whilst Millennials and Gen X often ridicule Gen Z's work ethic, many of them are envious of Gen Z's ability to say no and stand up for themselves. Alice spoke to Business Insider (subscription required) about the differences between the generations in the workplace, Gen Z's ability to maintain healthy boundaries, and the resentment this can sometimes cause amongst the different generations.
